This is Milly, some say she is Hitty's secret pal. She is a cloth doll that I am working on now. I wanted to make hair like the 'sausage' curls on a china doll. I used a trapunto method of stuffing the hair.
I like this technique.
I plan to have a full sized patterns for my doll including this technique for doing the hair this Fall, complete with two or three styles of dresses, nightgown, toys, and a portable house/purse.
